MY APPROACH
More than technique — an experience
Are you an amateur or professional performer? An administrator? An entrepreneur? Or maybe you just want to develop your full potential?
Join me in achieving YOUR own discoveries and YOUR personal development… that is, YOUR inner movement! !
To achieve this, my knowledge and experience are at your disposal. Will I ever impose upon you a truth, a conviction, or an approach that goes against your needs? No, never.
Instead, I will use all the tools that I have integrated into my personal and professional life to help you find answers, clarify your vision, and choose your own direction.
Together, we’ll discover exactly what you need to regain and to maintain your balance and confidence, as well as develop your potential for introspection and effective communication.
So, tell me, are you ready to:
- Venture on a non-judgmental transformational journey, built on awareness and listening?
- Challenge yourself and embrace your discomfort in order to bring to light all the possibilities available to you?
- Discover yourself as you are, your strengths and the shadows of your past, to nourish and ground your life movement?
ABOUT
Conscious movement. Introspection. Communication. Harmonious use at the heart of your personal evolution.
I’m Jadson Caldeira, professional dancer, choreographer, yoga and meditation professor, massage therapist, and teacher at the Conservatoire de musique et d’art dramatique in Montreal.
Although I am originally from Brazil, a fascinating country full of contrasts, I have now been living in Montreal for the past 30 years.
At a young age, I was already passionate about the performing arts, so I naturally studied theater, visual arts, and professional dance in São Paulo. Then during an extended stay in India, I discovered meditation. What a revelation!
I combined the idea of introspection with my experience with the performing arts: a fusion that became the foundation of my vision and my artistic work.
When I’m teaching movement, yoga, or meditation, I don’t really teach; I exchange. I view my teaching as an invitation to relearn how to speak with the body, allowing it to become the voice. Each word-movement comes from a technical skill, of course, but above all it stems from a personal experience precisely directed towards expressiveness, self-discovery, exchange, and sharing.
Various certifications I have acquired over the years…
- Hatha, yin, ashtanga, iyengar, and prenatal yoga
- Reiki master
- Massage Therapy
- Méditation
- Bonapace Method
- Birth Companion
